Description of warranty
The main goal of our nursery garden is to keep you happy with our plants for years. Therefore, although not required by law, we do provide guarantees of plant establishment, variety compliance and quality. The establishment guarantee applies to spring planting plants that have not started vegetation for up to 60 days. Just send us a photo and a brief description of the plant and its label as how did you take care for the plant and we will refund the full amount. After 60 days you can also apply and we will decide on the amount and method of compensation. The variety guarantee is valid for 6 months for deciduous plants and 1.5 years for flowering plants and fruit trees. The quality guarantee is only available on the date of receipt of the shipment, and upon unpacking you must immediately send photos of the defect and a description of the defect to the package, the plant in full size. We will offer you proportionate compensation for the plant's deficiencies in response to the violation. If you do not agree to the terms of any of the above Voluntary Warranties, you must reimburse your costs, in the same manner as you have received, packaged, a complete package for us; and we will refund all your money and shipping and payment costs within 1 day, except for the refund costs you select. The law provides 30 days money back term. This way you can return the parcel unpacked by simply delivering it to our address at no additional cost.
